How to Search Google Without Advertisements

Some like ads with the text as many links are available which are related to the text searched.i.e for example you are searching for "Ajax" on Google, you are not so familiar with the topic and probably you don't know sites which provide data you need.So when you search for  "Ajax" you get many related site links which are useful. Its really double advantage to have ads with the search so that you get required data and lots of data needed.

But some don't like ads at all and they want specific data needed and they exactly know what to search . For those people this trick would do good..

Google Search Without Ads : ( http://www.google.com/search?output=googleabout)

Google Search With Ads : ( http://www.google.com/search )

Note : I personally feel "With Ads" option is better because you get related ads , so its added advantage for your search - you get to know more sites i.e more the related sites , more is the amount of specific data you needed.

How Do I Use or Open Bin, Cue, or ISO Files?

People and are always confused about the file extensions such as these . . Here's how to use these files.

    *.bin
    *.cue
    *.iso

These file extensions are commonly used to show that a file is an image of a CD or DVD.

The most simple way to access these files is to use your CD or DVD Burner to burn them to a disk. Nero is a common program that is used to burn bin/cue files to hard media(cd or dvd).

One really nice thing to do is to treat these files as a virtual CD or DVD without ever burning them. Daemon Tools is one program that is often used to do this. Microsoft now has a free program that does it all.But now they have discontinued it support. Its called Virtual CD-ROM.

    Here's the download link:
    winxpvirtualcdcontrolpanel

The other place that *.bin files are frequently used are in emulation software. Gaming roms are often stored in compressed files full of bin files. If you have a zip file full of *.bin files, try Mame or some similiar emulator.

How to get music off your Ipod

How to get music off your Ipod - Without downloading those annoying programs.

1. Plug the Ipod to the PC. Open iTunes. Click on the ipod. Check "enable disk use" if it isnt already.

2. Go to "My Computer", open the ipod drive. You should see some random folders like "calendars" "contacts" "notes" etc.

3.
In the tools menu(of the windows explorer), go to folder options. Click the "view" tab then
under "hidden files and folders" click "view hidden files and folders".

4. Now click ok, then click on the iPod_Control folder, and then the music folder.

5. You should see a bunch of folder named F01, F02 etc. up to a high number.

6.
Apple made it even harder for you though. They rename all the files and
randomly distribute them throughout these folders, just to make your
life miserable. But You can take care of that!

7.Now the step of identifying your songs. Apple stores your music files in the AAC format

Note: AAC format means its file extension is .m4a

Apple made it even harder for you though. They rename all the files and
randomly distribute them throughout these folders, just to make your
life miserable. But you can take care of that!

Apple stores your music files with weird names like these :

AETX.m4a  , AOEL.m4a , JPKU.m4a , QWQF.m4a , XLXW.m4a , YCHZ.m4a …etc…

So it becomes really difficult to know the title of the song.

9. So here’s a small step to be done."Enqueue" all your music files  from the folder to Winamp Music Player. Now you will be able to see the titles of the songs.

10.Now at the top menu of the folder (where the back button and stuff
is) click "search". There should be a little search thing on the left.
Click "all files and folders" then click "more advanced options".

8. Under more advanced options, click "search hidden files and folders" and "search subfolders"

9. DONT ENTER ANYTHING INTO THE SEARCH BOX - just click search.

10.
Under the "view" menu, select "details". Then go under the view menu
again. go to "choose details". Deselect everything except for "name"
"title" and "artist" - those three should be checked.

11.Again, under view, (assuming it stayed in detail mode) go to "choose
details" and uncheck everything except for name, title, and artist. you got it, the title and artist of everything you searched for.

13.Now create a new folder on your desktop or in any of your PC drive’s, called, for example, "Music from my iPod"

14.With your search window still open, select the songs you would like to
transfer, and click and drag them into the folder you just created.

Note : Keep the Winamp player still open with the songs Enqueued, to check in case you have some doubt.

Enjoy your music station
